Trecento AM informs the unitholders of CHF shares (FR0013224409) and USD shares (FR0013224391) of the Trecento Santé fund that the calculation period for outperformance fees is changed. The initial period ran from January 17, 2017, when these units were created, to January 17, 2018. The end-of-period date is extended to December 31, 2018, the new calculation period for outperformance fees for the CHF and USD units will be therefore, from 17 January 2017 to 31 December 2018, in order to realign the end date of the calculation period with that used for the EUR share (FR0011319664) and with the end of the exercise period of the fund. The other methods for calculating outperformance fees are not changed and are available in the KIID and prospectus of the fund.
Similarly, Trecento AM informs the unitholders of R EUR shares (FR0013219482) and R USD shares (FR0013282001) of the Trecento Robotique fund that the calculation period for outperformance fees is changed.
For the R EUR unit, the initial period ran from 17 January 2017, the date of creation of the unit, to 17 January 2018. The end of the period is extended to 31 December 2018, the new calculation period for outperformance fees. the share R EUR will therefore be from 17 January 2017 to 31 December 2018, in order to realign the end date of the calculation period with that used for the I EUR share (FR0013219490) and for the financial year of the fund.
For the R USD portion, the initial period ran from September 21, 2017, the date of creation of the unit, to September 21, 2018. The end-of-period date is extended to December 31, 2018, the new calculation period for outperformance commissions. the R USD portion will therefore be from 21 September 2017 to 31 December 2018, in order to realign the end date of the calculation period with that used for the I EUR share (FR0013219490) and for the financial year of the fund.
The other methods for calculating outperformance fees are not changed and are available in the KIID and prospectus of the fund.
